The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this App and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, Safe Love and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Safe Love. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Safe Love for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Safe Love
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Safe Love
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Safe Love
• Redistribute content from Safe Love

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

2. THE APPLICATION

SAFE LOVE ('Licensed Application') is a piece of software created to facilitating fall in love and customised for Android/iOS mobile devices ('Devices'). It is used to everybody can find their partners without problems.

3. ELIGIBILITY

SAFE LOVE is a social platform with the purpose to connect like-minded people around the globe to find love. By creating an account on SAFE LOVE, you hereby warrant the following;

• you are at least 18 years of age
• you can form a binding contract with SAFE LOVE
• you are not barred from using the Service under the Indian laws or any other jurisdiction worldwide
• you do not have any unspent convictions, or are subject to any court order, relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct or harassment
• you will not use our App if you have been removed from SAFE LOVE
• you will comply with this agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations
• we are entitled to remove your accounts with SAFE LOVE permanently if any of the above conditions are not met.

4. USAGE

Your use of SAFE LOVE is for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit via the Site any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without SAFE LOVE’s express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. You agree that the use of the App is at your own risk. SAFE LOVE makes no representation that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any interruptions or errors contained within.

5. SCOPE

• User is given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Application on any Apple/Android-branded Products as permitted by the Usage Rules and the App Store Terms of Service.
• This license will govern any updates of the Application by the Company that replace, repair, and/or supplement the first Application, unless a separate license is provided for such update.
• User may not share or make the Application available to third parties (unless allowed by the Apple/Android Terms and Conditions, and with the Company's prior written consent), sell, rent, lend, lease, or redistribute the Application.
• User may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, integrate, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, or any part thereof (except with the Company's prior written consent).
• User may not copy (unless allowed by this license and the Usage Rules) or alter the Application.
• User may create and store copies only on devices that they own or control for backup keeping under the terms of this license, the App Store Terms of Service, and any other terms and conditions that apply to the device or software used. User may not remove any intellectual property notices. User acknowledges that no unauthorized third parties may gain access to these copies at any time.
• Violations of the Usage Rules, as well as the attempt of such infringement, may be subject to prosecution and damages.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.
• Nothing in this license should be interpreted to restrict third-party terms. When using the Application, the user must comply with applicable third-party terms and conditions.

6. SAFETY

SAFE LOVE is not responsible for the actions of its users or your interactions with them, and we don’t conduct background checks. Be careful and be sure to read and follow our Safety Tips on interacting with people on or off of SAFE LOVE.

7. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

• The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this Licensed Application. You can reach the Licensor at the email address listed in the Play Store Overview for this Licensed Application.
• The Licensor and the End-User acknowledge that the Services have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

8. CONTENT LIABILITY

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your App. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on our App. No link(s) should appear on any App that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third-party rights.

10. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our App. You approve to immediately remove all links to our App upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. 11. REMOVAL OF LINKS FROM OUR APP
